LIFE COACHING
I approach coaching as a partnership with my clients: I join them in supporting them, guiding them, and witnessing them as they make commitments for actions that will transform their lives. I believe in our innate human capacity for self-healing and the urge to grow and evolve towards our highest possible self. I have embraced this path for myself — and am still walking it — and feel called to show up for others, the way others have showed up for me.
I believe that as human beings we are first and foremost creators. I believe that each one of us is alive for a reason and that our sacred purpose waits patiently in the depths of our hearts until the day we are ready to listen and follow it. We are alive in a moment in human history when the complexity and scale of the decline of social and ecological systems is overwhelming as we also awaken to our responsibility and capacities to heal, transform and create life-affirming possibilities. I believe that there is a leadership call in each human being: a call to lead our own lives, to live with integrity, and to bring our unique gifts to serve real needs in the world.
